Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GPTApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use gptapps.io for your internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the MCP servers and content you create using gptapps.io. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service. Your MCP servers and configurations are stored securely on our platform and are accessible through the gptapps.io interface.

All intellectual property rights in gptapps.io, including the platform, design, features, and documentation, remain our exclusive property.

Payment and Billing

Certain features of gptapps.io require payment. By providing payment information, you:

• Authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method
• Agree to pay all charges incurred under your account
• Acknowledge that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Early access users who sign up during the pre-launch period will receive free access to the Standard tier (Pro Builder) during the early access period only. After the early access period ends, standard pricing will apply and users will need to subscribe to continue using Pro Builder features.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gptapps.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
